The State of California Loan Guarantee Program
The Loan Guarantee Program is designed to assist small businesses that need additional support in the form of a guarantee to induce a lender to lend.  Our program places special emphasis on women and minority-owned businesses as well as businesses located in enterprises zones.  IESBFDC is not limited to the types of loans or financial assistance that can be made to businesses.  However, the business must: (1) be unable to obtain financing without the guarantee, and (2) demonstrate repayment ability with adequate collateral support.
