| State of California Direct Loan Program IESBFDC also acts as an underwriter for the direct loan programs for small businesses funded by the State of California for specific purposes. The fee required for the direct program is 2% of the loan amount plus a $250 documentation fee. Loans available under the Direct Loan Program are subject to funding availability. Currently two direct programs are available. |
