What is the State Loan Guarantee Program?  

State of California Loan Guarantee Program is to help Californians with jobs by creating and retaining jobs for Californians. Last year alone the Program has created and retained 17,424 and this year our goal will be 20,748.

Our office, located in downtown Ontario was opened in November of 2001, Inland Empire Small Business FDC (IESBFDC), and has issued over 164 Guarantees equaling over $32,000,000.00 million.
