A Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation
The Inland Empire Small Business Financial Development Corporation is organized as a Non Profit, Public Benefit Corporation.  We contract with the State of California, the Business, Transportation & Housing Agency. Office of Small Businesses to administer the State's Loan Guarantee Program.  While we can guarantee a loan anywhere in the State, our primary service area encompasses Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
